SHIPPING POLICY — TINYWAVES
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–8 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 5–11 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods outside of Tinywaves' control.
Shipping Method The primary shipping method used by Tinywaves is standard postal mail carrier. In some cases, alternative carriers may be used depending on your location and availability. All shipments are tracked.
Real-Time Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package in real-time directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal. Tinywaves is not responsible for delays shown within the carrier's tracking system once the package has been dispatched.
Customer Address Responsibility It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of purchase. Tinywaves is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer. In the event an order is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees. No refund will be issued for shipping costs in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages Tinywaves is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at bearnany0@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, Tinywaves ships to the contiguous United States. Shipping availability to additional regions may be updated without prior notice. Orders to P.O. Boxes are accepted when shipped via postal mail carrier.
